Refund and Return Policy

RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy. Your item is eligible for return within 30 days of the purchase date.

Before initiating a product return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a request for return, contact us here. We will assess the situation and if your return is accepted, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us in its original packaging.

DAMAGES

We do our best to ship our items safely and securely to avoid damages, but sometimes unforeseen events do happen! Please inspect your item upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or you have received the incorrect item. We will assess the situation and try to make it right!

EXCHANGES

We only offer exchanges for damaged or defective items.

REFUNDS

Once your request for return is approved and you ship the item back to us. We will inspect the returned product and contact you to acknowledge receipt of the returned item. The refund will be issued within 10 business days back to the payment source. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
